Job Description:

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Tech Financial Controller Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting financial governance, project controlling, and performance analysis across global IS&T and Product domains. You will work closely with international HQ stakeholders, ensuring financial transparency, data integrity, and strategic insight across projects and operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring accurate lifecycle tracking and financial governance.
  • Analyze and report on financial performance, including P&L, KPIs, and variance (Budget/Forecast vs Actual).
  • Consolidate and reconcile financial data across systems.
  • Support business case validation, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and deliver recurring and ad-hoc performance reports to senior management.
  • Act as a data steward, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial data and reporting structures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other finance teams to understand trends and results.
  • Participate in governance meetings and cost optimization reviews with global stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve controlling processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling
  • Proven experience in the technology sector or in IT hubs within other industries.
  • Strong track record working with international HQ stakeholders.

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Financial tools and ERP systems (Navision is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, variance analysis, and project cost tracking.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Data reconciliation and governance support expertise.
