The Impact you will have in this role:   This WDS Coordinator is responsible for managing the coordination of day-to-day facility operations, furniture, fixture and equipment (FFE) repairs and maintenance in the designated office and the role incumbent is expected to be physically present in the office 5 days per week other than whilst on leave. This position is also responsible for supervision of outsourced facility operations staff.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversees the operations, maintenance and testing of building plumbing, UPS, HVAC, emergency generators, electrical and fire detection/suppressions systems
• Supervise cleaning staff, including execution of quality control processes
• Create and track Purchase Orders along with comparing actual spend versus available budget
• Monitoring of site’s building monitoring systems and alarms
• Assists and co-ordinates aesthetic and facilities process improvements
• Liaises with site Regional Area Manager, WDS manager and attend meetings when necessary
• Supports Health & Safety a required including workplace risk assessments, water testing, & air quality testing
• Oversight of amenities such as coffee, vending, parking, event support
• Support office services group’s mail, shipping and receiving activities
• 24/7 Response to emergency situations relating to employees and/or facilities
• Supports space planning, analyzing space needs and managing moves/relocations
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed For Success:

• Ability to read architectural and engineering building drawings
• Excellent communication & written skills and client focus
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
• Experience with Nuvolo Work Order System (or comparable CMMS)
• Strong vendor relationship management skills

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
