Job Description

Your Contribution To Something Big:

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks for CI/CD pipelines;
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality across multiple projects;
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools;
• Contribute to innovative solutions that support Bosch’s mission of sustainability and technology leadership.

Qualifications

What Distinguishes You:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development or testing automation.
• Proven track record with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Know-How

• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit).
• Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices.

Languages

• Fluency in English (spoken and written). 

Working Style and Methods

• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.

Personality

• Curious, collaborative, and motivated to drive innovation.
• Passionate about quality and continuous improvement.
