What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in designing intuitive and impactful digital products.
• A strong portfolio that highlights your design process, problem-solving approach, and creative thinking — not just final visuals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive, curious mindset — comfortable iterating quickly, experimenting, and challenging conventions.
• Hands-on experience in consumer tech or product-based environments with a focus on user-centered design.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setup with a 6-day work culture focused on rapid execution.
