[General Support Center] HR Manager Cum TA贝尔维尤职能 / 支持 - 人力资源职能岗位职位描述- Build HR Infrastructure & Compliance: Lead the strategic development and implementation of comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks that ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local U.S. labor laws. Drive proactive legal compliance initiatives and design innovative, market-competitive employee benefits programs specifically tailored to attract and retain top gaming industry talent. Establish HR metrics and analytics frameworks to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
- Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for all U.S. operations, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning and market intelligence. Develop sophisticated talent acquisition strategies leveraging industry networks, competitive analysis, and employer branding to secure elite gaming professionals. Build talent pipelines and establish key industry partnerships to support aggressive growth targets.
- Talent Development & Lifecycle Management: Architect and execute comprehensive talent management strategies spanning the entire employee journey. Oversee performance review processes and actively collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) on talent reviews, succession planning, and strategic development frameworks to ensure our HR approaches are innovative, scalable and aligned with best practises.
- Business Partnership & Strategic Alignment: Function as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leadership, providing strategic counsel on organizational design, culture delivery, and business-driven HR solutions. Drive and support strategic business decisions through people analytics and insights.
- Payroll & Vendor Management: Oversee comprehensive payroll operations and strategic vendor relationships, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost optimization.
- HQ Coordination & Global Integration: Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. operations and global headquarters, ensuring seamless integration of global strategies with local execution.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Support as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Lead engagement surveys and organize team-building initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Office Administration & Operations: Lead comprehensive office establishment and ongoing operational excellence. Oversee facilities management, vendor relationships, IT coordination, and procurement strategies.
- Executive Support & Special Projects: Provide strategic administrative support to executives and lead high-impact HR projects that drive business results. 职位要求- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in gaming, tech, startups or fast-growing environments.
- Proven ability to build and scale HR functions from scratch (0 to 1).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
