What You'Ll Do:

• Advise on cybersecurity strategies and integrate them with both internal and external clients’ broader business goals and governance structures.
• Develop and maintain security policies, processes, and frameworks, supporting a comprehensive security program that addresses emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards (e.g., NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Raise security awareness and resilience through workshops, training sessions, and incident response planning.
• Monitor and interpret evolving threats, technologies, and regulatory changes, translating insights into strategic improvements for clients and internal stakeholders.

We could be a perfect fit if you:

• Have at least 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security
• Have CompTIA Security+ certification or an equivalent certification, while Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification, GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC) certification, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is a plus
• Have experience in information security governance, risk management, program development, and/or incident management
• Have a strong understanding of governance and technical controls focused on protecting, detecting, and responding to security issues
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Are proficient in Czech and English
