As a Human Resources Manager, Australia, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy, partnering with leaders locally and globally to shape a high-performing culture and deliver seamless HR operations. This is a hands-on role where your ability to juggle priorities, influence without authority and coach managers will make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute all Human Resource Operational activities for Australian units.
- Design and implement HR programs that foster engagement and position us as an Employer of Choice.
- Build strong relationships across global and local teams to ensure alignment and visibility.
- Coach managers to elevate leadership capability and employee experience.
- Support Payroll Compliance and act as a trusted advisor on HR and IR matters.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives, both locally and globally.
What You’Ll Bring To The Role

- HR & IR Expertise: You bring deep experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, including but not limited to:
- Conducting redundancy consultations and managing sensitive workforce transitions.
- Leading and supporting Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) discussions and negotiations.
- Navigating complex employee relations issues and compliance with Australian employment legislation.
- Operational Excellence: You’re hands-on and detail-oriented, with experience in payroll compliance, HR systems, and executing HR processes with precision.
- Collaborative Spirit: You’re a team player who contributes to a high-performance culture and supports others to succeed.
- Above-the-Line Thinking: You take ownership, stay accountable, and focus on solutions rather than problems. You lead with intent and drive outcomes that align with business goals.
