您的主要职责

Global Job Name: Industrial Eng.  

• Do Time Study on the floor, monitor production basic data, like cycle time and setup time of each machine through the whole manufacturing process (Eg. Stamping, Heat Treatment, Machining and Assembly), and work with Team to make improvement accordingly;
• Monitor Production Lines OEE performance, analyze the Loss and work with Team to find improvement opportunity, and beat OEE Target;
• Monitor Production Lines Labor Efficiency with DLE performance, analyze the Loss and work with Team to find improvement opportunity, and beat DLE Target;
• Take lead of workplace design project with the knowledge of MTM and Ergonomics, optimize the existing workplaces and plan for the new ones;
• Ergonomic Assessment and make optimization if necessary for the workplace;
• Focus on the shopfloor, conduct CIP activity continuously about Productivity;
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

您的任职资格

教育背景及工作经验：

• Bachelor degree or above, 985 preferred;
• Major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering;
• 2-5 Years of working experience in mechanical manufacturing factor
