Art Director - Photography深圳社招全职职位描述1. Develop Visual Style: Define Insta360’s photography style and visual narrative across product lines. Ensure a cohesive visual identity across launches. 2. Creative Concept & Storyboarding: Collaborate with designers and photographers to create mood boards, shot lists, and visual treatments. Translate marketing objectives and product selling points into compelling still imagery. 3. On-Set Direction & Production Oversight: Lead shoots and supervise lighting design, framing, model staging, props, and creative execution. 4. Post‑Production Oversight: Lead image selection, photo retouching feedback, and final approvals.职位要求1. Professional Experience: 5+ years in photography, advertising, marketing, or brand strategy roles—preferably with prior action/sports, lifestyle or product photography experience. 2. Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Chinese. Overseas study or work experience is preferred. 3. Technical Skills: Expert in using Insta360 and mirrorless cameras. Proficiency in lighting techniques (both studio and natural), Capture One/Photoshop, and asset workflows. 4. Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate product selling points into emotional and aspirational imagery. 5. Collaboration & Communication Effective at coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and talent in fast-paced, dynamic shoots. - Action sports enthusiast — such as a skier, surfer, skateboarder, or rock climber — that’s a big plus.投递
