Respond to overseas customer technical inquiries, fault reports, and urgent requests via phone, email, or remote tools, providing timely solutions.
Conduct product installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting (including hardware devices and software systems) either onsite or remotely.
Provide product training and technical guidance to customers, ensuring efficient product operation and maintenance.
Draft and maintain technical documents, service reports, and case databases to enhance team knowledge sharing.
Analyse customer feedback, identify root causes of recurring issues, and collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to drive product improvements.
Follow international service processes and industry standards (e.g., ISO) to ensure service quality.
Build strong relationships with overseas customers and partners, effectively managing cultural differences to enhance customer loyalty.职位要求Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation, or other STEM-related fields.
Fluent English (CET-6 or equivalent), capable of business communication and technical discussions.
Strong problem-solving ability and resilience, with the ability to respond quickly in urgent situations.
