Chubb is seeking a Financial Analyst diverse within Commercial Insurance (CI), one of our largest business divisions. This role is a diverse accounting and finance position and is responsible for forecasting, planning, and reporting across our division. The Financial Analyst will partner with leaders across finance and the business to drive results and ensure delivery of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the forecast, annual plan and strategic planning processes translating top-down assumptions into actionable business plans
- Analyze monthly results and metrics (activity levels, revenue, KPIs, etc.) and prepare monthly reporting packages
- Prepare quarterly results presentations for product and industry leaders
- Work with internal developers to create and enhance Qliksense business intelligence dashboards in support of key initiatives
- Support ad hoc data and reporting needs of senior leaders
- Strong financial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with effective communication to team members and business partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and take ownership to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to results, execution, and attention to detail
- Genuine willingness to continuously develop insurance and product knowledge
- Desire to evolve processes, build new tools, and create analytics that enable leaders to more effectively manage their businesses
- Expert knowledge of Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Qliksense, Tableau, etc.)
Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting, financial analysis or auditing role
The pay range for the role is $64,000 to $110,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
