- Design, manage, lead and launch Sales Activations, Projects and Initiatives
- Partner with cross- functional teams to build and deliver the best in class solutions for small businesses
- Identify strategic opportunities to influence program strategy and Activation Plan
- Build meaningful insights to drive growth within the region
- Influence Business decisions within the Team, Cross-functional Partners and Vendor Partners
- Influence and make vendor partners to exceed Operational, Sales and productivity goals
- Make data-informed decisions by leveraging Market knowledge to drive performance, resource allocation and juggle competing priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve Revenue, as well as advertising products and the customer experience and influence action
- Be customer, product and vendor champion with new product, program and market launches
- 8+ years of related experience in digital marketing, enterprise sales, partner management, management consulting, corporate strategy, and/or sales operations
- Collaboration, communication and influencing skills with experience working across regional and global partners
- Experience building, landing and scaling initiatives, mainly Sales Initiatives/Activations
- Analytical problem-solver with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
- Experience prioritizing and focusing on driving growth, in high- pressure situations
- Advanced Excel and/or Tableau skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
- Fluency in English
- BA/BS degree
- Experience in working with external partners (3rd party vendor partners and/or Agencies) relationships to drive results
- Ability to develop, execute and manage sales programs
- Experience identifying, upselling for advertisers, driving revenue and increasing product adoption
- Spanish communication skills
