Your Role
- Provide strategic direction: You’ll steer the execution of Unite’s sales approach in France, implementing ambitious initiatives to expand our reach and strengthen our commercial impact across the public and private sectors.
- Motivate and develop your team: You’ll lead and nurture a varied group of sales professionals – including a functional Head, SDRs, Account Executives and CSMs – encouraging a culture of achievement, professional growth, and inclusive engagement across France.
- Drive customer excellence: You’ll oversee the evolution of the CSM function to ensure smooth onboarding, enduring value, and a superior client experience.
- Build impactful alliances: You’ll acquire and develop key supplier relationships, broadening our offering, diversity, and credibility while advancing our ESG and community objectives.
- Achieve results through insight: You’ll utilise data analytics and industry best practices in forecasting, reporting, and CRM systems to optimise performance and enable informed, strategic choices.
