- Base salary range for Sales Coordinator - Project Management between $55k - $67k USD - CAD annually

*Please note that this position is based in Saint-Bruno, and will move to the Saint-Hubert office starting in January 2026. This is a hybrid role.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the execution of the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process from RFP to customer onboarding
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely bid delivery and client integration
- Ensure quality and accuracy of customer data shared across departments
- Drive customer onboarding and product qualification processes
- Escalate issues that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery timelines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization
- Provide training and support on LTO tools and processes
- Act as a project manager for one-off sales initiatives requiring structured coordination.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- A minimum of two years’ experience in sales, customer service, or project management is highly desirable
- Excellent computer skills to include MS365, PowerBI reporting, CRM and SAP
- You are fluent in both French and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with clients, our teams, and partners in Quebec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States
