Strategy Development (Aop/Lrbp)
Responsible for AOP & LRBP development and lead execution plans for marketing & communication operations
Programs, Processes, Services:
- Develop & execute multi – year brand & marketing strategies and supporting plans to promote Amway brands including:
- Develop and execute an actionable affiliate specific strategy in line with regional marketing directions
- Lead Category/ portfolio planning including (includes discontinuing underperforming brands/products)
- Develop Portfolio management: develop right portfolio for market based on working with Center team.
- Lead brand positioning & new product launching
- Lead product pricing
- Develops and executes marketing campaigns, programs, experiences or promotions to support brand awareness and favorability through including advertising, all types of media, promotion, comprehensive spokesperson, sponsorship and expert speaker initiatives & programs
- Drive Commercial calendar to help company achieve important target (sales & buyers) which include Promotion activities, New Product launch plan, Marketing Communications campaign, Customer Loyalty Program, etc.
- Direct the development of creative communication materials ensuring results meets strategy and marketing goals set by brand management
- Lead to develop the creative look of the assigned products/brands and associated communication materials.
- Lead to plan & manage for development & execution of communication materials and editorial activities to provide a useful channel to distributors to support business needs:
- Lead to develop and manage to produce kit, BSMs, expo, branding at RDCs, shops with sufficient content information and qualified picture, images, layout.
- Direct to manage come out concept, content for materials on all sales, marketing support activities, DVD and VCDs
- Develops and executes digital marketing strategies to support Amway products/brands, including:
- Digital marketing efforts such as SEM, applets, web video and digital coding
- Social Influence Marketing efforts such as social networks, listening platforms, viral marketing and blogging
- Emerging media efforts such as mobile solutions and applications, display media, micro-casting
- Web brand experiences that leverage industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies
- Technology integration to align with needs of global content strategies
- Implementation of digital content best practices and solutions
- Manages consumer, distributor, market & competitive insights & drivers for guiding the development of market strategies and business operating plans
- Develops and implements market data sourcing plans and budgets for local market
- Manage the selection of appropriate market data sources and suppliers
- Build up research standards, databases and processes & manage research implementation
- Market research reporting for innovative solutions
- Staff Management
- Acquire & recruit qualified staff at right position
- Strengthen staff’s skillful workforce through consistent on the job training programs as well as the appropriate job-related external trainings courses.
- Manage staff’s performance, motivate and reward effectively & efficiently for staff’s high engagement
- Build & execute development planning for qualified workforce development & talent pool development for staff retention & meeting business job scopes expanded requirement
- Maximize resources effectively
- Lead important regional initiatives and others ad-hoc projects at required
