Robert Bosch Fuel Systems, LLC, located in Kentwood, MI, is a precision metal machining manufacturing plant that manufactures and re-manufacturers large engine diesel fuel systems.
Job Description
As the Accounting/Finance Intern, the overall purpose of this role is to gain experience and training while assisting with the departmental tasks and projects in controlling. Your tasks will be related to closing process, account reconciliation, reporting, and forecasting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include but not limited to the following.
- Assisting plant controlling team in daily responsibilities
- Cost center expense reporting package preparation
- Cash position forecasting
- Month-end closing
- Support in monthly/weekly business reporting with main focus on reporting and analysis
- Monitoring and distributing key performance data and other report as required
- Support in the business planning and forecasting process
- Ad-hoc projects
- Cost center expense reporting package preparation

- Month-end closing
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Structured working approach to high quality standards
- Good attention to detail, decision making, and problem solving
- Able to present self well when communicating
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Good command of the English language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Senior class standing
- SAP knowledge is desirable
