What You'Ll Do:
- Lead the evening crew. You'll organize and guide your inventory control team through their nightly tasks—stocking new inventory accurately, picking and staging orders, and keeping shelves properly stocked from backstock. You'll help them work efficiently while maintaining the quality and attention to detail our resort depends on.
- Keep things moving when problems arise. When something unexpected happens—a missing shipment, a quality issue, or an urgent request—you'll troubleshoot the problem and implement solutions to keep operations running. You know when you can handle it and when to loop in management for additional support.
- Master the systems. You'll work daily with our RedRock SAMMS system, along with Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word to track inventory, communicate with other departments, and keep accurate records. You'll help your team use these tools effectively too.
- Maintain organization and safety. You'll ensure the warehouse stays clean, organized, and safe. This includes proper product rotation to minimize waste, keeping work areas clear, and making sure equipment is used correctly.
- Be the customer service champion. Whether it's a department manager who needs something urgently or a team member who has a question, you'll communicate clearly and helpfully to make sure everyone gets what they need.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- You have warehouse experience. At least a year working in a warehouse environment means you understand the rhythm of receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. If you've worked in hospitality or a resort setting, even better—you'll understand the urgency and service mindset this role requires.
- You're comfortable with technology. Excel doesn't intimidate you, and you can learn new inventory management systems. You don't need to be a tech expert, but you should be comfortable navigating software and troubleshooting basic issues.
- You can lead without formal authority. You'll guide and organize a small team, which means you know how to communicate expectations clearly, give helpful feedback, and keep people motivated during an evening shift when energy might lag.
- You think on your feet. When the unexpected happens—and it will—you can assess the situation, figure out a solution, and keep moving. You're resourceful and you don't panic when plans change.
Perks And Benefits For Full Time Employees:
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Enjoy a well-rounded benefits package that covers your health, wellness, and financial future.
- Paid Time Off: Take the time you need to relax and recharge with our PTO plan.
- Free Golf Privileges: Tee off at some of the most iconic courses in the world with complimentary golf access.
- Quarterly Incentives: When our team meets resort-wide performance goals, we get rewarded.
- Complimentary Lunch: Stay energized with a complimentary lunch in our Staff Cafe during your shift.
- Resort Discounts: Save on dining and merchandise throughout the resort.
- Supportive Work Environment: Be part of a team that supports your growth and success, with opportunities to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere.
