This Role

As our Technical Content Writer, you’ll be working with the Head of Digital Engagement, alongside the Content and Community teams, and will be instrumental in shaping a world-class, digital-first customer experience that empowers users to self-serve, learn, and maximise value from Employment Hero’s products.

This role is an initial 12-month fixed term contract on a full 5-day day shift working arrangement from 8.30AM - 5.30PM PH time.

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Developing, delivering and publishing written content tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity, engagement, and understanding of nuances like payroll and HR.
  • Demonstrating expertise in CSS, HTML, and WYSIWYG editor and staying updated with technological advancements for content relevance.
  • Regularly updating written content to maintain its relevance.
  • Taking vested interest the performance of the team’s published content and making adjustments as necessary to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prioritising tasks effectively and allocating specific times for various content-related activities.

This Will Include:

  • Creating, publishing and optimising engaging digital content (written, visual and video) that supports new products, features, and customer education.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with brand, accessibility, and quality standards while maintaining technical accuracy.
  • Using tools like Vimeo, Canva, Asana, Slack, ZenDesk, and Salesforce to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Applying SEO and analytics insights to improve content visibility, performance, and engagement metrics.
  • Implementing best practices in CSS, HTML, and responsive design to ensure digital content is high-performing and user-friendly.
  • Partnering with Product, CX, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate customer pain points into clear, actionable, and educational content solutions.
  • Managing time and priorities effectively to deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Who You Are

  • Proven track record in multimedia digital content creation and delivery and publication.
  • Experience in writing customer centred, product instructional content for diverse audiences with varying technical knowledge.
  • Technical expertise in CSS, HTML, and other relevant technologies.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, ZenDesk, SalesForce and more.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proven track record of using data to develop insights on how to optimise content performance.
  • Familiarity with payroll and HR concepts is an advantage.
