Intake of invoices and comparison to contractual terms
Management of approval process for invoices
Recording of invoices in Quickbooks online
Reconciliation of detailed daily banking transactions (knowledge of bank accounting a major plus)
Conversion of banking activity into P&L and Balance Sheet changes
Working with outside accounting firm on audited financials
Developing and delivering financial reporting to executive management
Ideal Candidates Have:
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- US CPA is a plus
- 5 Years of Accounting Experience
- Exposed to using ERPs - Quickbooks, Oracle, SAP
- Experience in Banking Industry is major plus
- Amenable to work on a hybrid arrangement
- Willing to work on graveyard shift
