We'Re Hiring: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

• What You’ll Do:
• As a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our plant. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
• Champion Safety: Lead by example to ensure the plant operates safely during your shift, strictly adhering to safety protocols, including isolation, lockout, and tag-out procedures.
• Keep Equipment in Top Shape: Maintain machinery and auxiliary equipment to the highest standards, prioritizing cleanliness, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Deliver Quality Work: Inspect completed maintenance tasks to ensure they meet safety, technical, and quality standards.
• Optimize Resources: Monitor and manage the availability of tools, parts, and materials to keep the maintenance team running efficiently.
• Inspire and Develop Your Team: Coach and mentor maintenance staff, helping them troubleshoot complex issues and grow their technical expertise.
• Drive Efficiency: Prioritize and assign tasks effectively to meet maintenance schedules and performance goals.
• Onboard New Talent: Support new team members by introducing them to operational procedures, safety standards, and company best practices.

What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
• 5+ years of experience in plant maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve their best.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• A solid understanding of safety compliance and maintenance best practices.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
