Job summary:
The role is responsible for supporting project management by preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, including contracts and Statements of Work (SoWs). The role coordinates project schedules and logistics, such as meetings and travel arrangements, to ensure timely execution. The role involves tracking project progress, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines, and communicating any issues or delays to the team. The role facilitates communication between internal teams and customers, manages project-related data, and prepares detailed progress reports.
Your role:
- Support project documentation and scheduling.
- Coordinate the billing process with CPM and Customer.
- Coordinate site preparation, resource planning.
- Analyze KPIs, Project cost variance.
You'Re The Right Fit If:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Good work attitude with strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Project Management and Excel.
- Knowledge in SAP systems will be an added advantage.
