What We Offer

- Diagnose, service, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems
- Support restoration and remodeling projects when needed
- Perform duct cleaning, system maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and in good condition
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC or air conditioning systems
- Experience with restoration, drywall, or remodeling (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)
- Good communication skills — bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to use restoration or HVAC tools and read simple plans/schematics
- Comfortable working around water damage, smoke odor, or debris
