- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Process Quality Control Engineer to focus on the production processes of automotive radar products.我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、注重细节的过程质量管控工程师，专注于汽车雷达产品的生产流程。
- You will be a key figure in ensuring our manufacturing processes are stable, efficient, and consistently deliver high-quality products.您将成为确保我们制造过程稳定、高效并持续产出高质量产品的关键人物。
- The ideal candidate should be proficient in automotive industry quality standards, have a solid knowledge of Statistical Process Control, and possess strong problem-solving skills.理想的候选人应精通汽车行业质量体系标准，具备扎实的统计学过程控制知识，并拥有强大的问题解决能力。
Key Responsibility: 主要职责
- Oversee and assure the quality of the entire manufacturing process for radar products, including SMT, integration, assembly, and final testing.负责雷达产品从SMT、集成、组装到测试的全制造过程的质量监控与保证。
- Establish, implement, and maintain the Statistical Process Control system, monitor key process parameters, analyze data trends, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.建立、实施和维护统计过程控制体系，监控关键过程参数，分析数据趋势，预防性发现并解决潜在问题。
- Lead root cause analysis for quality anomalies on the production line, customer complaints (including 8D report generation), and internal non-conforming products.主导生产过程中出现的质量异常、客户投诉（含8D报告）及内部不合格品的根本原因分析
- Develop and drive corrective and preventive actions.制定并推动纠正与预防措施。
- Participate in the development and updating of quality documents such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and Inspection Instructions to ensure field execution aligns with documented procedures.参与编制和更新PFMEA、控制计划、检验指导书等质量文件，确保现场执行与文件规定一致
- Regularly organize and conduct MSA for key test equipment (e.g., RF testers, network analyzers) and gauges to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement results.定期组织对关键测试设备（如射频测试仪、网络分析仪）和检具进行MSA分析，确保测量结果的准确性与可靠性。
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data-driven methods.通过数据驱动的方法，识别过程改进机会。
- Lead or participate in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects to improve First Pass Yield, reduce scrap rates, and lower costs.主导或参与精益生产和六西格玛项目，以提升直通率、降低报废率和成本。
- Work closely with R&D, Process Engineering, Production, and Supplier Quality teams to ensure smooth mass production of new projects and drive process quality improvements at suppliers.与研发、工艺、生产及供应商质量团队紧密合作，确保新项目顺利量产，并推动来料及供应商端的过程质量改善。
- Support customer audits and quality system certifications (e.g., IATF 16949), and implement corrective actions for findings.支持客户审核及IATF 16949等质量体系认证活动，并对审核中发现的问题进行整改。
Position requirements: 职位要求
- Education: 教育背景Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、机械工程、工业工程或相关专业。
- Experience: 工作经验Minimum of 3 years of experience in process quality or manufacturing quality within the automotive electronics industry.3年以上汽车电子行业过程质量或制造质量相关工作经验。
- Knowledge & Skills: 知识技能Proficient in IATF 16949 core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.精通IATF 16949质量体系核心工具：APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC。Skilled in root cause analysis methods (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram) and capable of independently writing professional 8D reports.熟练掌握根本原因分析方法（如5-Why, 鱼骨图）并能独立编写专业的8D报告。Familiarity with RF testing principles and equipment (e.g., Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer) is a strong plus.熟悉射频测试原理及相关设备（如网络分析仪、频谱分析仪）者优先。Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology.了解精益生产原则和六西格玛方法论。Green Belt certification is preferred.持有绿带证书者优先。Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, GD&T drawings, and product specifications.能够阅读和理解电气图纸、GD&T图纸及产品规格书。
