Job Summary

Lead the marketing functional team and the execution of all marketing processes.

Summary Of Essential Job Functions:

  • Hire, train, and develop marketing team members
  • Organize marketing team member standard work and prioritize projects
  • Maintain the marketing functional plan and provide quarterly marketing function reviews to the enterprise
  • Research, develop, and improve the marketing processes in order to best meet the company’s marketing needs
  • Create and maintain systems for promotional material management
  • Design and manage websites to maximize website engagement and lead generation
  • Lead tradeshow planning and coordinate tradeshow logistics with sales and business development teams

Requirements

Qualifications And Competencies

  • Proficient with MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Wordpress  
  • Experience with email marketing applications such as Constant Contact 
  • Digital marketing including website management, SEO, and social media marketing
  • Technical copy experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally 
  • Ability to establish and improve marketing processes and procedures

Education And Experience

  • A degree in Business Administration with Marketing emphasis or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 10 years B2B marketing experience, preferably industrial or manufacturing related
