The Fine Print:

• Pay: Basic £35,000, OTE £50,000+ with uncapped commission + car allowance + paid mileage/fuel
• Location: Reading / Slough
• Role type: Permanent / Full-Time
• Hours/Days: Monday to Friday (aligned with field team schedule)
• Reporting to: Field Account Manager

🌟 About The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Field Sales Manager to lead our team of Field Connectivity Reps. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced broadband rollout, working with a new FTTP supplier and helping your team deliver unbeatable deals to customers on their doorsteps.

This is a field-based leadership role with flexibility to work from home when planning, reporting, or coaching remotely. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, supporting recruitment, and ensuring your team hits their targets while growing their skills and confidence.
