Data Analyst

Gather data from various sources, including databases, data warehouses, and third-party applications, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Clean, transform, and organize data to make it suitable for analysis, employing best practices in data governance.

Collaborate with Full Stack Engineers to ensure that data pipelines and integration processes support analytical needs.

Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business strategies.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key metrics and insights to stakeholders.

Monitor and validate data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reporting and analysis.

Identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues, collaborating with technical teams as needed.

Support data governance initiatives to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging data analysis tools, and best practices in analytics and business intelligence.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and capabilities in data analysis.

Present findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
