Assistant Manager-Data Management and Analytics-Data Ops/Data Analyst

Job description – 

Requirements Gathering

1. Worked in client-facing engagements, scoping analytical asks, and translating business problems into data solutions.
2. Proactively drive requirement gathering and solutioning and support delivery excellence
3. Experience working in Agile setups using JIRA, Confluence

Data Modelling & Analysis

1. Experience building and automating data pipelines
2. Experience with columnar data warehouses (i.e. Snowflake, Redshift, Big query) and dbt

Data Analysis & Problem Solving:

1. Utilize strong SQL skills to query, manipulate, and analyse large datasets from various sources.  
2. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.  
3. Proactively address data-related issues, ensuring data quality and integrity in reports and dashboards. 

Dashboard Buildout

1. Lead the end-to-end development of interactive Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring clarity, usability and alignment with business goals
2. Design and implement self-serve analytics solutions enabling users to explore data independently while maintaining data governance and usability standards.

Coordinate team tasks, assist in project management, handle customer inquiries, and prepare reports.
