Job Description: You’ll be the driving force behind a proven TikTok marketing system that’s already generating significant results for independent musicians. This isn’t about starting from scratch – you’ll work with established strategies, content databases, and posting formats that have demonstrated success. You’ll scale operations from managing 10-15 accounts initially to 30+ accounts, directly impacting how music reaches new audiences. This role offers the perfect blend of creative content work and systematic execution, with clear metrics and processes already in place to guide your success.
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging TikTok content across 10-15 music promotion accounts, scaling to 30+ accounts
- Utilize existing database of visuals and copy to produce high-impact posts following proven formats
- Implement established posting strategies that have already generated significant traction and engagement
- Manage content creation workflow with approximately 1 hour per account per week for full content development
- Post and schedule content across multiple TikTok accounts while maintaining consistent brand voice
- Monitor posting schedules and ensure all accounts maintain regular, strategic content flow
- Collaborate with musicians to align content with promotional goals and release schedules
- Track and optimize content performance using established metrics and timing data
- Scale account management operations as the client base grows from initial accounts to 30+ accounts
- Maintain organized workflows using existing content databases and scheduling systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in TikTok marketing and content creation with demonstrable results
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, trends, and best practices for music promotion
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously with systematic approaches
- Proficiency with social media management tools and content scheduling platforms
- Excellent organizational skills to handle high-volume content production across many accounts
- Ability to work with existing content templates and databases while maintaining creativity
- Bonus if you have experience in music industry social media or entertainment marketing
- It helps if you’re familiar with music promotion strategies and artist development
- Bonus if you have experience scaling social media operations from small to large account volumes
