Your Mission :
We are looking for a full-time B2B Sales Account Executive to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing BePark’s presence across the Flemish market, managing the entire sales process until the closing with outbound leads, while working closely with a Sales Development Representative (BDR).
- This is a junior-to-medior position for candidates with 1 year to 4 years's experience in Sales and closing experience, for a French-speaking work environment.
- If you are currently an BDR looking to step into a full-cycle sales role, we are open to discussion.
Responsibilities
- Partner with your BDR to turn qualified prospects into new clients.
- Search for new clients in brussels and flanders.
- Follow-up on your created pipeline.
- Understand prospects’ needs and clearly demonstrate BePark’s value proposition.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations (online & on-site).
- Negotiate proposals and close deals.
- Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the Key Account Management team.
- Monitor market trends and adjust your sales approach to maximize opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS, mobility, real estate, or tech.
- Fluency in Dutch and French (English is a plus but not mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a passion for winning new business.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results.
- Organized and resilient, able to manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
