Facilities Manager

As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a Facilities Manager.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of building maintenance programs, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of all building systems, and supporting operational excellence across our network. This role requires a strong understanding of branch operations, a commitment to upholding our brand and design standards, and a focus on maintaining a safe and functional work environment for all employees.

The successful candidate will be accountable for preparing operating reports, budgets, and forecasts, while coordinating maintenance schedules and addressing facility-related issues and emergencies across our organizational footprint.

Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Technical certification in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to self-motivate, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a positive, solutions-oriented approach and the capacity to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
• Financial management experience, including budgeting, tracking, and forecasting, is considered an asset.
• Salary Range: $64,144 - $72,162
