We are seeking a disciplined and motivated Sales Executive to lead growth initiatives based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients and participants, explaining course offerings, and managing the complete sales cycle—from initial conversations to registration and payment collection.
This role involves both inside and field sales — approximately 70% office-based work and 30% field visits to hospitals and colleges across Chennai to promote programs and build partnerships.
The position requires a high level of discipline, communication skills, and comfort with daily client interactions. Additionally, the role includes elements of office operations and general administration.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients and participants to explain course offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle including lead follow-up, registration, and payment collection.
- Conduct field visits to hospitals and colleges to drive awareness and build partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
- Achieve monthly sales and registration targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of discipline and self-motivation.
- Comfortable with high-volume phone-based interactions.
- Ability to handle both office and field responsibilities effectively.
- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and proficiency in English.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
