Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Customer Support team. This full-time role is crucial for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and administrative assistance. As part of a small, fast-growing company, our team members wear many hats and work collaboratively to achieve our goals. The successful candidate will report to the Customer Support Manager and interact closely with the General Manager and other office staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming calls and emails for order processing, administrative inquiries, and technical support.
  2. Order Management: Accurately enter sales orders, prepare quotes, and process payments using our CRM and ERP systems.
  3. Product Knowledge: Articulate product features and provide recommendations based on a thorough understanding of our offerings.
  4. Technical Support: Collaborate on technical support projects and provide solutions to customer issues.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties and utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various tasks.
  6. Process Optimization: Follow and optimize standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to manage leads and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications And Skills:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a strong foundation in customer service and technical support.
  2. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and retain technical information and adapt to new systems and processes.
  3. Team and Individual Work: Flexibility to work independently and within a team environment, adapting to changing roles as needed.
  4. Priority Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and customer service.
  6. Education: A college degree or technical education is preferred, or equivalent experience.
