Warehouse Manager - Refurbishments & Returns

Your Tasks

• Lead the implementation and daily management of the refurbishment & returns department for a high-tech customer in Echt; 
• Design, implement, and optimize warehouse and technical processes related to testing, grading, repair, and rework of returned products; 
• Ensure seamless integration of refurbish activities into the overall warehouse operation and IT landscape (SAP/WMS);
• Manage and coach a growing team of 10–20 employees, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement; 
• Essential to motivate employees, demonstrate enthusiasm, and possess strong people management skills; 
• Position aimed at expanding business operations to enhance customer service and facilitate further growth. 

Your Profile

• Someone with a bachelor working and thinking level;  
• You have proven knowledge of warehousing, processes and project management with a complexity comparable to Arvato;  
• Strong understanding of technical or reverse logistics processes (repair, testing, refurbishment, or returns); 
• You are ambitious, proactive and independent professional with strong analytical skills; 
• It is important that you have the eagerness to serve your customer at a high quality level;  
• You are flexible and like a high level of dynamism in your day;  
• It is your personal drive to go for the best result. 

We Offer

• A salary between €2.975,-- and €5.531,--. We top it off with 8% holiday allowance and discounted gym memberships;•    A bonus
