Senior It Recruiter
Location: Córdoba, Argentina (Hybrid – on-site 3 days a week)
Purpose
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and strategic IT positions, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, fluent communication with internal clients, and an agile and effective search execution. Act as a technical and strategic reference within the Recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
- Execute and oversee complete selection processes for senior technical and leadership IT roles.
- Conduct competency-based and technical interviews, coordinating with Hiring Managers, Delivery Managers, and external clients.
- Ensure high-quality candidate presentations, including CV tailoring and interview preparation.
Strategic Business Partnership
- Collaborate closely with area leaders and Delivery teams to deeply understand business needs.
- Advise on role definition, search strategies, and hiring decisions.
- Provide insights on market trends and technology talent dynamics.
Optimization and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and recruitment metrics.
- Use AI tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and candidate matching.
- Collaborate on the implementation of innovative practices such as data-driven recruiting, employer branding, and referral programs.
Mentoring And Collaboration
- Support and guide junior and semi-senior recruiters in their professional development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.
Diversity And Inclusion
- Actively promote diverse and inclusive recruiting practices, ensuring equity throughout each process.
Essential Functions
- Ensure proactive engagement and timely feedback at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Represent Santex’s culture as a brand ambassador in all interactions with candidates and partners.
- Collaborate in offer closure and onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Contribute to internal reallocation strategies and maintain updated databases of potential talent.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of proven experience recruiting senior IT profiles.
- Background in technology companies or IT consulting firms.
- Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments with short hiring timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and high-volume pipelines simultaneously.
- Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing extensions, and ATS tools.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline recruiting processes.
- Advanced English (oral and written): C2
