  • As a HR Generalist, you will holistically elevate our human-capital strategy across Talent Supply Chain, Organizational Effectiveness, and Data-Driven Decisions.

What you will be doing?

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Talent Supply Chain

  • Map and continuously refresh skill-heat maps to spot emerging and declining skills, pre-allocating recruiting and L&D resources accordingly.
  • Engineer a ‘zero-friction’ onboarding journey, digitalization from offer to Day-90.
  • Build a ‘talent ecosystem network’ with industry associations, open-source communities, and even competitors to co-develop or swap talent, expanding external pipelines.
  • Establish a knowledge & skill legacy system that dynamically links employee expertise to the internal talent marketplace for seamless on-demand redeployment.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and execute the resulting change roadmap.
  • Integrate leadership assessments, enablement learning, coaching, and peer mentoring to close managers capability gaps.
  • Champion “future-of-work” module, agile change, DEIB culture and track their ROI continuously.

Data-Driven Decisions

  • Drive end-to-end HR digital transformation and intelligence.
  • Assist in building an integrated HR-business data analytics model and deliver a visualized data platform for real-time insights and decision-making.

What you will need to succeed?

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Competency:

  • Over 5 years of comprehensive HR experience in multinational corporations
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Capable of using English effectively as a primary working language.
  • Strong practical knowledge of HR management systems, process optimization, and AI-driven HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with a track record of managing sensitive issues discreetly and effectively.
  • Demonstrates a high sense of responsibility, integrity, and compliance awareness.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strategic thinker with strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Data-sensitive with advanced analytical skills, able to leverage insights for HR decision-making.
