Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead the HR domain in Moldova and Poland. This role combines hands-on HR management with strategic partnership, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, driving employee engagement, and supporting our managers and employees across both sites. The role operates within a global organization and requires strong collaboration with both global and site leadership.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in both Moldova and Poland.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, development, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Moldovan and Polish labor laws while aligning with global HR policies and frameworks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to local and Global leadership, contributing to business and organizational decisions.
• Partner with site managers to drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to implement corporate programs
• Monitor HR metrics (turnover, engagement, etc.) and proactively recommend and lead actions.
• Manage relationships with local external partners (legal, payroll, training providers).
• Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives across both sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive Global HR experience, ideally covering multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of Moldovan (a must) and Polish employment law (an advantage) and HR compliance.
• Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Romanian and Russian (a must). Knowledge of Polish shal be considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with global HR colleagues.
• Proven experience in a global environment and ability to work effectively in a matrix structure.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between Moldova and Poland.
