Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Manager at LiveLike.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this role is a key pillar in managing the company’s financial operations and ensuring fiscal discipline across the organization.
The Finance Manager will oversee end-to-end financial management activities — including payroll, taxation, accounting, forecasting, audit coordination, and strategic finance support. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and plays a pivotal role in maintaining financial health, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic decisions that support LiveLike’s long-term growth.
What You’Ll Be Doing
Lead all India based financial operations
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, TDS, and ESIC.
- Drive direct and indirect tax filings, reconciliations, and statutory submissions while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage consultants, auditors, and liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Manage audit readiness and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure timely completion and transparent documentation.
- Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls, oversee vendor management, and ensure efficient handling of payments and reimbursements.
FP&A and Other Financial Operation responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term projections.
- Conduct financial modeling, variance analyses, industry analysis to deliver data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and People Ops to align payroll processes with company policies and reporting standards.
- Provide business operation and administrative support.
- Our Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, and payroll management at a leading firm.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (e.g., Netsuite or similar).
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
