Role Overview
We're seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that elevates our social media presence,drives engagement, and generates qualified traffic to the company. This remote position will work closely with our UK team to transform our technical expertise into compelling content that resonates with security professionals.

Reports to: UK Marketing/Sales Director

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
● Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives
● Conduct competitor analysis and industry trend research within the security and CCTVsector
● Create monthly content calendars across all social media platforms
● Set, track, and report on KPIs including engagement rates, click-through rates, website traffic, and lead generation

Content Creation & Management
● Transform technical product information, specifications, and existing content into engaging, accessible social media posts
● Create platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube
● Write compelling copy that speaks to professional installers and trade customers
● Develop graphics, infographics, and visual content using design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
● Repurpose long-form content (blogs, technical guides, product launches) into bite-sized social media content
● Collaborate with UK team to develop video content concepts and provide guidance on production

Campaign Execution
● Manage and execute campaigns using ZOHO Social and ZOHO Campaigns
● Design and implement email marketing campaigns targeting installers and trade customers
● Create promotional campaigns for product launches, trade shows, seasonal offers, and company milestones
● Develop A/B testing strategies to optimize content performance
● Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Community Management
● Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms in a timely, professional manner
● Foster community engagement and build relationships with security installers and industry professionals
● Identify and engage with industry influencers and potential brand ambassadors

Analytics & Reporting
● Monitor social media analytics and website traffic using Google Analytics andplatform-specific insights
● Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
● Track ROI on digital marketing activities and campaigns
● Continuously optimize strategy based on data-driven insights

Website Collaboration
● Work with the UK team to suggest website content improvements and SEOoptimisations
● Ensure consistency between social media messaging and website content
● Create landing pages for specific campaigns using website CMS

Requirements

Desirable Qualifications
● Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
● Experience marketing to trade/professional audiences (e.g., electricians, installers, contractors, engineers)
● Knowledge of the security, CCTV, or technical equipment industries
● Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
● Understanding of the UK B2B market and trade customer behavior
● Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot
● Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
