Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to start as an Administrative Coordinator and grow into a Client Documentation Specialist role where you’ll play a crucial part in helping organizations achieve their ISO certification goals. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality documentation that forms the backbone of clients’ certification systems, requiring precision and attention to detail. As you develop in the role, you’ll transition from administrative tasks to direct client support, with the potential to handle 60-70% client-facing work. This remote position offers the perfect blend of administrative excellence and specialized consulting work, allowing you to develop expertise in ISO systems and workplace safety while making a tangible difference in client success.

Responsibilities

  • Create and format professional documents that are critical components of clients’ ISO certification systems
  • Perform fast and accurate word processing with advanced Microsoft Word formatting capabilities
  • Handle data management tasks using Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and table creation
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality control to ensure all deliverables meet professional standards
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines
  • Gradually transition from administrative coordination to increased client-facing responsibilities
  • Proactively communicate with team members to clarify requirements and ensure project success
  • Support various administrative functions while developing specialized consulting skills

Requirements

  • Expert-level Microsoft Word proficiency with exceptional document formatting abilities
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills for basic formulas and data organization (advanced features not required)
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work output
  • Strong self-editing and proofreading capabilities to maintain quality standards
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Proactive communication style with confidence to ask clarifying questions when needed
  • Full availability during 8am-5pm Western Australia business hours
  • Previous experience with ISO certification processes or workplace health and safety (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong administrative background with eagerness to learn specialized consulting skills
