As Senior HW PQA(Hardware Product Quality Assurance) for the Webcam business unit of Logitech you will be responsible for defining the appropriate quality standards  with the webcam engineering team and validating our product to ensure that our design fulfills the product requirements. Your technical background and experience allow you to make recommendations, discuss them with a team of seasoned engineers, and drive continuous product improvements. 

Your Contribution:

The responsibilities include defining, maintaining and developing test plans to validate product reliability. You will also establish function tests to ensure that our products meet the best quality standards to satisfy our customers expectations. The products designed by our business unit are webcams with innovative technologies, shapes and features.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (EE, ME, SW, FW) and JDM suppliers to ensure hardware quality throughout new project development.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive reliability and functional test plans tailored to project requirements and diverse user scenarios.
  • Apply strong analytical and logical thinking to systematically troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive data-backed decisions.
  • Partner with core engineering teams during development builds to identify, track, and drive the resolution of hardware bugs and validation issues.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance product quality, system design, and validation processes.
  • Support sustaining engineering efforts by driving continuous improvement initiatives for products currently in the market.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

- Hands-on experience with the development or testing of webcams, digital cameras, or similar consumer imaging products.
- Proven experience in a hardware quality role, with direct knowledge of --Product Quality Assurance (PQA), Design Quality Assurance (DQA), or Reliability testing.
- Professional working proficiency in English, enabling clear technical communication and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in applying statistical methods, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) or data analysis, to drive quality improvements.
- Previous experience in a Project Management (PM) role or a demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues to diverse, cross-functional teams.

Education:
College graduation of Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industry Engineering, or Engineering related.
