General Information:
The Human Resources coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing HR administrative processes and provides broad functional advice to assigned areas of responsibility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Business Partner in key HR functions including reporting, HRIS management, staffing, recruiting, organizational changes, and immigration support.
- Analyze and evaluate functional HR issues, selecting appropriate procedures and making decisions to resolve them effectively.
- Provide functional advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees, ensuring clear communication and support.
- Serve as the key user for HR-related administration systems and act as the primary liaison with HR IT teams when necessary.
- Maintain thorough knowledge and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Schaeffler’s Code of Conduct.
- Contribute to the achievement of company goals by aligning HR activities and practices with organizational objectives.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors that are related to the HR coordinator’s scope of responsibilities.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in handling sensitive HR data and communications.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with foundational knowledge of employment law and HR functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications with strong business acumen.
- Experience (1-2 years preferred) in staffing, recruiting, interviewing, or employee relations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proven ability to build and foster effective professional relationships.
- Demonstrated capability to conceptualize, lead, and drive projects to successful completion.
