UI Designer - Senior Expert (Visual Design Services Team)
About The Role
As a UI Designer – Expert in our VDS team, you will shape and scale our digital design ecosystem by building and maintaining high-quality UI components, tools, and documentation. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive visual consistency and elevate usability across enterprise-level digital products. Your expertise in design systems will directly empower teams to deliver cleaner, faster, and more scalable solutions.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Creating patterns, UI components, tools, and documentation that reinforce the company’s strategic design vision.
- Contributing to and evolving our enterprise Design System, ensuring it remains usable, scalable, and future-ready.
- Collaborating closely with UX designers, product teams, and developers to implement and improve components.
- Supporting teams in adopting and delivering UI components correctly and consistently.
- Identifying long-term UI/UX trends and ensuring they’re integrated across the system.
- Performing design reviews, quality checks, and best practice guidance across digital assets.
- Advocating for accessibility, inclusivity, and usability as core design principles.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with design systems for complex or enterprise-level products.
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable design libraries (e.g., tokens, components, guidelines).
- Advanced knowledge of Figma (auto-layouts, variants, constraints, components, documentation).
- Strong visual/UI skills and understanding of modern digital aesthetics.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to designers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
- Understanding of technical constraints and feasibility for web/app development.
- Creative problem-solving mindset — able to ideate quickly and adapt based on feedback.
