The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our EMEA Marketing team. This role combines data analysis with campaign execution: you will be responsible for turning data into insights, optimizing performance, and collaborating with country marketing colleagues to launch and manage campaigns across the region. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, especially LinkedIn Ads, and a strong understanding of demand generation metrics.

What You´Ll Do

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze marketing performance data across EMEA campaigns and programs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns across EMEA in close collaboration with local country marketing teams.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns, ensuring strong targeting, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, channel mix, and budget allocation.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline analysis in collaboration with sales and marketing leaders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems and processes.
  • Present insights and campaign results to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.

What You’Ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign management, or demand generation (preferably in B2B/technology).
  • Strong proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g. Power BI, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Advertising campaigns; knowledge of other digital platforms is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and campaign ROI measurement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different countries and functions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages a plus.
