About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in Production Planning. The role involves coordinating daily scheduling activities, ensuring smooth production operations, and supporting overall business objectives through effective planning and stakeholder management.
What You Will Do
- Plan, coordinate, and control daily scheduling and production operations.
- Assess production schedules, optimize build plans, and set priorities to meet delivery performance and customer requirements.
- Support production control by analyzing BOM inventory, monitoring WIP, and tracking output.
- Identify opportunities to enhance value and improve services provided to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies, internal control standards, and local laws and regulations.
- Drive and maintain customer satisfaction through consistent performance and continuous efficiency improvements.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in production planning or logistics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
