Your Mission

As our Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the central hub of our sales activities. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, act as the first point of contact for our international customers, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. With your strong communication skills and independent working style, you’ll play a key role in our success story.

Exciting Tasks Are Waiting For You

  • Collaborate with Regional Sales / Key Account Managers to assess customer demand (Forecast Management) and prepare compelling offers – and proactively follow up on them
  • Act as the central interface between Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, and customers – coordinating processes and ensuring smooth communication
  • Use Salesforce daily for accurate order entry, forecasting, and customer data management
  • Establish first contact with potential customers – proactively identifying opportunities and building relationships
  • Be the go-to person for our customers, handling their requests quickly, professionally, and with empathy

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training and/or a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field with 1–3 years’ experience in an international environment
  • Communicative and customer-oriented mindset – you enjoy connecting with people and supporting them
  • Proactive, independent, and reliable personality with a flair for teamwork
  • Creative problem-solver who likes to bring in fresh ideas
  • Passion for technology and innovation – eager to learn and grow with us
  • Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
