Job Identification
We are looking for a production manager for our plant in Samarkand!
What We Expect
Manage the work on the operational regulation of the production process, ensuring the production output in accordance with the Company's assignments;
Manage the development of production plans and production schedules, and adjust them during the planned period
Organize operational control over provision of production with technical documentation, equipment, tools, materials, components, etc., and prepare production of new products;
Ensure daily operational accounting of the production process, fulfillment of daily tasks of finished product output by quantity and nomenclature of products.
Coordinate the work of all areas of the department, take measures to ensure the rhythm of implementation of the scheduled production plans, prevent and eliminate violations of the production process;
Carry out the control for effective use of all industrial resources, reduction of expenses for production.
Participate in the preparation of the Company's budget;
Supervise fulfillment of mutual demands and claims of the Company's subdivisions, analyze the results of their activities for the previous planning period in order to identify the possibility of more complete and uniform loading of equipment, reduction of the product manufacturing cycle.
Comply with food safety requirements and notify supervisor of problems related to SMPB (food safety management system);
Qualifications
Higher technical or economic engineering education
At least 5 years of experience in operational production management in engineering, technical and managerial positions.
Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation, fire protection and environmental protection;
Methodological, regulatory and other guidance materials on production planning and operational production management;
Prospects for the development of the enterprise; production capacity of the enterprise and its production base;
The specialization of the enterprise's departments and production relations between them;
Types of work performed; the basics of production technology.
Organization of the operative accounting of the production process.
Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
Proficient user of Word, Power Point, Internet, Outlook, SAP
English (Intermediate), understanding of technical documentation.
