Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role

At PwC Legal, we’re reimagining what it means to be a modern law firm. We combine deep legal expertise with the commercial insight and industry knowledge of PwC’s wider network to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.

Unlike traditional firms, we work directly with business and industry professionals - not in silos - and collaborate across PwC to deliver well-rounded advice that drives real outcomes. Work-life balance and flexibility are part of our operating cadence, with a focus on client and team outcomes. We don’t place unachievable budget targets on individual fee earners, instead we work together as a team to achieve our goals, share in collective success, and reward those who go the extra mile.

You’ll join our corporate and commercial legal team, advising financial institutions, corporates and investors on corporate transactions, lending arrangements, finance, and regulatory matters. Working alongside colleagues from across PwC’s network, you’ll help clients structure, negotiate and execute transactions that enable growth and innovation.
