Marketing Coordinator – Adventure Travel | Aurora Expeditions

Are you passionate about travel and adventure? Aurora Expeditions is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to support our global marketing efforts across digital, trade, PR, partnerships, and events.

What You’Ll Do:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and content across multiple channels
• Manage calendars, assets, budgets, and approvals
• Support events, trade shows, and media activations
• Assist with website updates, SEO, and social media
• Prepare reports and maintain CRM and media databases
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

What We’Re Looking For:

• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or events
• Strong organisational, administration and project management skills
• A team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality brands preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Kentico CMS, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
