What You’ll Be Doing
As the Regional Lead Maintenance Engineer, you’ll oversee all maintenance activity across multiple depots, leading your team to deliver safe, efficient, and proactive maintenance solutions.
• Manage and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across fixed and mobile plant.
• Lead, develop, and support your team, setting high standards for safety, performance, and reliability.
• Plan and allocate work to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and procedures.
• Utilise CMMS systems to track performance, optimise scheduling, and manage critical spares.
About You
You’re an experienced maintenance professional with a strong technical foundation and proven leadership skills. You can balance hands-on support with strategic oversight while driving reliability and developing your team.
• Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering lead role, ideally across multiple sites.
• Background in heavy engineering, construction, steel, or similar environments.
• Multi-skilled with a mechanical or electrical bias (both advantageous).
• Confident using CMMS and performance data to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Excellent communicator who can engage effectively from shop floor to senior management.
