Job Description:

You’ll be the driving force behind consistent, compliant social media presence for a thriving medical spa network. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in the dynamic medical aesthetics industry while building your expertise in highly regulated marketing environments. You’ll take ownership of content creation and social media management across multiple locations, with clear growth potential as the business expands into additional ventures.

Responsibilities:

Manage social media accounts and maintain posting schedules across multiple medical spa locations
Create engaging, compliant content using Canva based on established templated marketing plans
Auto-schedule social media posts to ensure consistent brand presence and engagement
Build comprehensive posting schedules for ongoing campaigns and promotional activities
Ensure all content adheres to strict medical spa industry regulations and platform policies
Maintain brand consistency across different locations and social media platforms
Navigate complex compliance requirements for medical/aesthetic content on Meta platforms
Collaborate directly with business owner to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant or Social Media Manager
Proven background in medical spa, medical aesthetics, or healthcare marketing (essential due to compliance requirements)
Proficient in Canva for content creation
Experienced with social media scheduling tools and platforms
Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) policies for medical and aesthetic content
Ability to navigate regulated advertising environments
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Portfolio showcasing previous work in similar industries
Bonus: Experience managing multiple locations or franchise-style marketing coordination
